Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Merchant of Record

When gulaq Pro launches, Lemon Squeezy will act as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy will securely process payment, calculates and collects applicable taxes, issues receipts, and provides the customer billing portal. Charges will appear using Lemon Squeezy’s statement descriptor.

2. First-Payment Refund Window

After launch, you may request a full refund of your first gulaq Pro subscription payment within 14 calendar days of that payment. Send the request to backtothegoldenage@gmail.com from the email address used at checkout and include your order number.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Refunding a Pro payment may end Pro access promptly, but it never removes access to gulaq Core or deletes your locally stored data.

3. Renewals and Partial Billing Periods

Subscription renewals and partially used billing periods are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for duplicate charges, billing errors, service failures, circumstances required by applicable consumer law, or at Lemon Squeezy’s discretion. Contact us promptly if you believe a renewal was processed incorrectly.

4. Cancelling gulaq Pro

• After launch, you can cancel at any time from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in your receipt and subscription emails.
• Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.
• Unless a refund is issued, Pro access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for.
• There is no cancellation fee.
• After Pro ends, your account returns to gulaq Core. Your local vault and exports remain yours.

5. Chargebacks and Billing Support

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate quickly. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds at its discretion, including to prevent chargebacks.
